Excellent Service This is the third time I've used Schmidt and wish I'd found them years ago. I have two systems in my house, and old gas furnace and a middle aged heat pump. Jose, the technician, found neither system was working at full capacity. The heat pump had never worked well since installation, and several companies had looked at it, but Jose fixed it. Also found the gas furnace was in great shape but hadn't been wired correctly on installation to take full advantage of the system. So, two units now functioning well,... read more

Excellent response & service! Everyone should have Schmidt Mechanical for their maintenance company. I had a mechanical problem with the blower fan & ended up with no heat while it was in the 30-40's. The Schmidt Mechanical employees obtained all the parts needed, repaired my heating equipment & had everything in tip-top shape & running in just a few hours. Fantastic company! I am grateful they are my service company.
