EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END I HAD 5 PROPERTIES SERVICED BY SCHMIDT MECHANICAL TODAY. NATALIE WAS INCREDIBLE WITH ALL THE LOGISTICS AND SCHEDULING ALL THE APPOINTMENTS. SHE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND VERY POLITE. LUIS HUERTA WAS THE TECHNICIAN ON ALL 5 PROPERTIES, INCLUDING MY OWN, AND WAS ON TIME, CHEERFUL & VERY FRIENDLY, AND VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. I HAVE AND WILL REFER SCHMIDT CO. TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A GREAT COMPANY.

Excellent service Jose was our technician. Jose was very thorough found the problem and not only fixed it but checked out our two Central Heating/Air systems to make sure everything was working properly. Jose then explained his findings and recommendations to help keep units running efficiently.

Louis was friendly and efficient No complaints. Be aware that if you use a discount like I did with the preventative check than senior or miltary discount can not be used.
