Their lack of effort was amazing.. I applied for a consolidation online. I didn't hear anything from them. Three days later I received an email stating my application was terminated. My credit is good. I just bought a home a month ago. I do not recommend. Go with a real company.

They didn't seem to bother.... I put in an application. Never heard anything. They just sent an email two day later saying the application was terminated. Lousy customer service and I wouldn't recommend. My credit is good. I just bought a home a month ago.

Don't use them They were too busy trying to get me to go with rategenius after I did and everything was processed they never followed up or anything after that. I had to call them everytime! No thank you for your business or anything. I would never reccommend this company to anyone.

You know, I think oeioke moan when things don't go thier way or they get denied probably because of something they did and blame the company. I had a bankrupcy 3 years ago and I got my refi dropped from 11.7% to 3.9% using rate genius. They only offered me GAP insurance...in fact I don't think think they are in the insurance business at all. Many lenders require it if you are upside down on your note...it protects you and well as the lender and is really cheap.

It did thake them 4 days to get me Approved, more than the 2 day period it took my friend Richard to get Approved. The Good News is that my rate went down from 11.25% to a fixed 5.9% thus lowering my payment about $45 dollars. Richard must be Blessed, however becuase he went from a 17% to a 3.9% fixed and Dropped his payment.... wait for it.... wait for it. from $678 to $538! He is Stoked to say the least.

Don't waste your time applying for a refinance loan with Rate (No genius). The woman taking the application was rude and abnoxious, promised to call with a decision, never happened. Sent an email saying "denied' never gave any explanation, even though I was prequalified for a loan from a nationwide credit union. Emailed them back for an explanation, they never replied. It took 15 mins to apply online- ok with that they called me 2 times: first call:to have more info, social security, salary, rent fees, etc, year of the car, milage, color, model, etc... Offered me car insurance, I said NO at first, offered me GAP, I said NO quickly. two days later: received same phone call asking if my car has alloy wheels, sunroof, leather seats, navigation, electric windows, satellite radio... TOTALLY USELESS.... Apparently they get paid to create a hard inquiry on your Credit Report. My credit score is 724 and they denied me for refinance. I'm not sure what business these people are in but if I had it to do over again I wolud not give them my Credit Information. After they denied me they continue to run inquries on my credit report. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
