I had to send my Bella home on Monday 3/30/20 and the entire staff there was very helpful and thoughtful. I can’t remember your names but I remember the Vet who answered all my questions through my tears because I was heartbroken to do this. They gave us all the time we needed, never rushed us. I picked up Bellas cremains today and immediately cried as there we to cards with her paw 🐾 prints and the card from pet meadows was powerful and thoughtful. When we lost our conure Indie and then not even a week later our beloved dog Kona my family was devastated and heartbroken. Not only did RBVH show us nothing but compassion and their own sorrow, they took Kona’s paw prints and sent them to us as well as two weeks later took the time to send a handwritten sympathy card and had made a donation in his name. It gave us a lot if comfort. They have been taking care of my dogs and cats for about 20+ years now and I have never been disappointed with the care my pets have received. ... read more

The doctors and staff are the most caring, best trained and ready to take care of your pet any time of the day or night. They helped our Aussie Doodle overcome an upset stomach that put him in distress with dry heaves and dehydration on a weekend. Dr. Opatut also was able to prescribe a medication that allowed our Zoli to travel without panting and shaking for the first time in FOUR YEARS! We just had to put down our 13 year old Min Pin. The staff was amazing.... from the person answering the phone to the front desk personnel, to the vet techs and the vet themselves. We use Red Bank in Cherry Hill as our main vet, but this was after hours so we had to go to Mt. Laurel. We knew our dog was sick, we knew his time was ending but we still weren’t quite ready to make that decision. I’ve been bringing my kitty to RBVH Hillsborough since his adoption 4 years ago and these last 2 days have reaffirmed why I decided not to go with a vet that was closer to home. I brought Ash in for an emergency and Dr. Reicherter acted quickly, was very patient with me, answered all of my questions with immense detail.
