Making an appt was quick and easy. They make it easy to have referring vet send over records as well. Upon arrival, everything moves promptly from check in to visit. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and receptive to answering questions. They addressed the situation promptly, going over all the options without pressure. I was content with this being a first visit.

Had a visit today with Red Bank Vet Hospital in Shrewsbury. Was very pleased with the care of my pet. The staff was very pleasant and I only waited 3 minutes before being called in to an exam room. Dr. Sarmarco, the Cardiologist explained the medications my pet is on and explained the reason why my pet is on the meds. Would recommend RBVH for excellent care and professionalism.

Our 12 year old boxer has bone cancer in his jaw. We saw Dr. Haggerty and he could not have been more compassionate, informative, and helpful in telling us the options available to us, likelihood of success, impact on Toby, and costs. Despite all the terrible news we had to digest, Dr Haggerty was amazing. Thank you for the kindness and care. Dr. Haggerty - he is the best and grateful he was our consult today

Dr. Bento, internal medicine, was very thorough in explaining everything. He made sure that I understood what he was saying, answered my questions and also took the time to go over the financial part so there wouldn't be any unpleasant surprises later. He did not rush through the appointment which was definitely appreciated. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The team members were very kind to the animals who seemed to feel naturally comfortable with them. The procedures were explained clearly and in detail and all of my questions were given consideration and thorough explantation by the doctor and technician. The doctor and technician spent time getting to know the history and presenting problems as well as answering all questions without rushing. I felt like my dog was being loved :)

Staff was overall so kind, thorough, and accommodating. Dr. Moy was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Communication was always very clear and pricing transparent and reasonable. I genuinely felt my guinea pig, Mousse, was in great hands!! He's already making a great recovery.

Dr.Trotter & all of his staff have continuously provided us with exceptional care for over 25 yrs & 3 dogs. They have always been thorough, answers questions & explains everything in detail. Dr. Trotter,his assistant Joanne and the entire staff are all professional, caring & compassionate individuals. I recommend RBVH to everyone!

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital was able to provide our dog with a blood transfusion, the only thing that could possibly save his life. Staff were welcoming and explained the charges up front, which was helpful. Dr. Farmer was one of the best vets we've encountered. She was open, clear, compassionate, patient, and great with our dog. He felt comfortable with her. She listened to our story of our dog's symptoms and responded with the best possibility for him to survive: a blood transfusion followed by treatment with Doxycycline ... read more

I was so appreciative of the kindness and care from every staff member. From the people at the concierge to the office staff. They exceeded my expectations. The doctor made sure I understood what was going on with Angel, the proposed treatment plans, and our options. It was an amazing experience during a scary time. Both my dog and I were handled with the utmost care and he's back home and feeling great.
