RecommendedI was at RBVH with 2 of my pets for their annual wellcare visit. My pets appts were scheduled at same time, in early evening, which made it very convenient for me to get there without having to take time off from work. We were taken right in at our appt time with little to no waiting. Staff is very friendly. The space is very clean - inside & out.
Everyone was extremely polite and helpful I liked the outside check in that helped direct me where to go and the friendly front desk employees

My senior dog had a seizure night of July 4th. Rushed to RBVH after Garden State Animal hospital said it had long wait times. Drove a little farther. Check in was done in the phone and they were ready to treat my dog when I arrived. Excellent caring quality and no wait. All staff were professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
I did not know that the blood bank for dogs and cats existed. So glad I meet Jessica at Bark in the Park. Took my dog Star there to get tested to see if she qualifies as a donor. Was so impressed with the set up and staff .

Staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful Gave me ideas how to move forward. We were going there to decide if we should move forward with a MRI of my dogs back. The veterinarian went through the pros and cons with us. First of all, she noticed an issue with my dogs heart which my regular vet has never noticed. So we are going to proceed with other specialists to see where we stand. All and all it was a great experience.
Everyone is lovely and attentive whenever I am there. During this visit I had the pleasure of talking to not only Dr. Berger and the rest of the staff, but other pet owners while we were waiting. You always demonstrate how much you care about our pets. You remember them and take time to explain everything.
Well organized - the parking lot attendant very helpful. Follow-up from the doctors every day and very helpful. Everyone had patience to answer my many many questions everyday. Helpful in explaining care of KoKo after surgery and follow-up visits. Best Nero surgeons in NJ. KoKo is starting to show great improvement in getting back on his paws. Dr. A. and Dr. Glass - THANK YOU! You got KoKo up and walking again! We still have a way to go but you got him to where he is now!
