RecommendedDr. Ringle (ophthalmologist) is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He made time for us at 7:30 AM before he started his normal schedule because he was so booked on his regular schedule. we've been going to RBVH for years and have seen Dr. Ringle before. and without fail, he's always so smart in his diagnosis and approach to care, and a true professional. RBVH on the whole is always is COURTEOUS first and foremost! and pet-centric! everyone at RBVH so polite and helpful.
From beginning to end, everyone was wonderful. Check-in was quick and efficient. An RN immediately came out to see my pet and remove her from lobby area where it can be stressful to the animals. The RN provided guidance ad the Dr. spoke with me and guided me through the process. The bloodwork was done immediately and provided us peace of mind. We came up with a plan and are working the plan. The sense of urgency in caring for my pet and clear(rapid) communications were so appreciated.
Got checked in quickly, and the person in the parking lot was very helpful in assisting with that. Compass Rose was inside for quite awhile so we worried that maybe they found something bad, but all was well when she came out. Doctor gave a good report, then another person called us to settle the bill, and Rose came out within 10 minutes of payment. You take good care of Rose, you obviously love her.
Red Bank Mt Laurel-This is my family’s “go to” veterinary emergency place. We wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. The closest location is an hour and 10 minutes from me and I still drive there. They are knowledgeable, professional and caring.
It was a seamless vet visit. The appointment was on time as scheduled and the staff was excellent. I felt my pet received the best care possible
Benny was anxious, belly firm, retching without vomiting and drooling. We feared he had GDV. The emergency staff examined him fairly quickly and confirmed GDV. Staff explained the condition, next steps, risks etc very well and were patient with me. Everyone in the emergency area, as well as surgery were excellent and took great care of Benny. Very caring, patient and explained procedures, concerns and after care very well.

Absolutely beautiful facility, very well organized and took the time to explain everything and address my concerns about my pet. Took great care of my dog and got a treatment plan started for him that will allow for the least amount of meds! Addressing my concerns about his seizures
Remi & Elphie saw Dr. Hart. We have been seeing him for about 5 years. He is AMAZING. He takes his time and talks about everything going on with the pups. He is very caring and answers all my many questions.
