Wait was reasonable, especially considering that this was an "emergency/walk in" rather than an appointment. Dr Dev explained well and gave us options for our Kayla's care that made sense. Vet used medication to reduce pet's pain and told us what to follow up with our regular local vet. Wonderful vet hospital!

As always, the vet techs and Dr Granick ( internal medicine) are professional , informative, and caring . They always take the time to explain things and answer all of my many questions . They thoroughly explain procedures/ test results and care for my dog as if she was part of their family. My dog Cannoli's disease is chronic but she is thriving now and living her best life because of Dr Granick and his dedicated team. They are truly the best!

Our cat Oreo received kind and thoughtful care. We were very close to losing him, but he has managed a miraculous recovery. The veterinarian provided education on his condition and how we could best care for him at home following his treatment at the clinic. The doctor called us every day for a week to check in on his condition following his visit, and provided adjustments to his treatment as needed to achieve a positive outcome.

I love Dr. Tegtmeyer and her team - they are wonderful and have been a breath of fresh air after my experience with another oncologist who had essentially given up on my dog and acted as though she was a lost cause since she didn't respond well to the traditional protocol for her type of cancer. My dog Frida is doing great and is still with us, likely due to the care that she has received from Dr. Lewis and Dr. Tegtmeyer. The entire RBVH team is stellar! The team is professional, caring, compassionate and they provide evidence-based veterinary medicine based on the latest, most robust data. I've utilized their emergency services as well as their routine veterinary services and cannot say enough good things about the care they provide - thank you! I don't know why their Yelp reviews aren't all five star, but I would imagine it's this - - RBVH is the safety net hospital for the surrounding area. I came into emergency services due to my dog's worsening renal failure. All the staff with whom I came in contact were all very caring and kind with my very frightened dog. Dr. Boscia was very thorough, caring and took the time to answer all my questions (of which there were many). He walked me thru the findings, the possible diagnosis and scenarios.
