I loved the vet and assistant, they were fantastic. The vet broke down exactly what the problem was and although it was dentistry told me that one of my dogs had a murmur that was not diagnosed by my regular vet! Highly recommended!

I was surprised at how well everything went at RB. I am in and out of vet offices with my dogs...I have had many dogs and many experiences...my dogs are old and have unusual health issues. For example, I have a tri-pod right now who has a disc issue in her back. Anyhow, the check-in was great, the staff was friendly and sweet to all the animals, the doctors I have seen were kind and helpful...I have even found that the other critters' family members were kind. Love these people, they are loving and caring. It is important to love your job, which they do. What is equally important is they care about people and are sympathetic to what we are feeling. Highly Recommend Dr. Alene Opatut. She is knowledgeable compassionate and responsive.

Very great facility, helpful staff, and great doctor (Dr. Hart). He took his time to answer all of my questions, and I think I am on the right track to figure out what is wrong with my dog. I just wish prices could be reconsidered for regular appointments, such as exam fee, bloodwork, and fecal tests. I do appreciate that they have Care Credit and that I have 12 months with no interest, it is very needed considering how much I have to pay for my visit. Leading up to her final days, I took my beloved dog Samantha to Redbank veterinary hospital for evaluation. She was taken care of there by Dr. Alexandra Fontanetta who was superb. She had a great bedside manner as well as awesome medical knowledge in diagnosing Sammy's medical condition and prognosis as well as giving me realistic options about what to expect. I would like to personally thank the hospital staff of RBVH for providing honest, kind and compassionate care for my cat during her last days. Special thanks to Dr. Farmer and Dr. Heil for being up front about her prognosis and potential quality of life given all of the variables. It led me to make the hardest decision of my life, which was to let my girl go. The entire visit from checking in to checking out went very smooth. Within a few minutes of checking in, we were called into a room. The technician was extremely friendly and took my dog's medical history for the past few months (since her hospital stay). Dr. Bento came into the room and was very thorough with his recommendations and next steps for my dog. He answered all of my questions and emailed over his exam report within a few hours.
