Our rabbit Steel had stopped eating and was in a very bad way when I brought him into the hospital. Right when I checked in they got him into the back immediately to be looked at, they knew time was of the essence. I appreciated how quickly they moved. Dr Thomas operated on him and was so communicative and answered all of my questions. She and the team did a wonderful job of looking after him and if we lived closer (we are 2 hours away) I would definitely be going to Red Bank for all of Steel's care. First experience here, waited less than 5 mins. Dr Ringle identified my dogs issue instantly where my local vet gave us the run around two weeks in a row and charged us for multiple visits. Dr Ringle took his time to explain what was going on with my dogs eye even using a print out diagram. As a very picky person, I would recommend this hospital and staff. Very impressed.

RBVH has been a godsend for us. We were referred to them by our local vet when Pokey developed a brain tumor. The entire neurology department has been superior in their treatment. Drs. Patino, Glass & Arizmendi are kind and compassionate. We appreciate that they fully support the path of care we chose for Pokey. For convenience, we transferred all of his care to RBVH. I loved the vet and assistant, they were fantastic. The vet broke down exactly what the problem was and although it was dentistry told me that one of my dogs had a murmur that was not diagnosed by my regular vet! Highly recommended!

I was surprised at how well everything went at RB. I am in and out of vet offices with my dogs...I have had many dogs and many experiences...my dogs are old and have unusual health issues. For example, I have a tri-pod right now who has a disc issue in her back. Anyhow, the check-in was great, the staff was friendly and sweet to all the animals, the doctors I have seen were kind and helpful...I have even found that the other critters' family members were kind. Love these people, they are loving and caring. It is important to love your job, which they do. What is equally important is they care about people and are sympathetic to what we are feeling. Highly Recommend Dr. Alene Opatut. She is knowledgeable compassionate and responsive.

Very great facility, helpful staff, and great doctor (Dr. Hart). He took his time to answer all of my questions, and I think I am on the right track to figure out what is wrong with my dog. I just wish prices could be reconsidered for regular appointments, such as exam fee, bloodwork, and fecal tests. I do appreciate that they have Care Credit and that I have 12 months with no interest, it is very needed considering how much I have to pay for my visit.
