To start the story off at 5:30AM this morning on my way to work the engine blows up in my truck. Being that my truck is my job, if i waited to have my truck fixed I would loose my job. So I decide to buy a new ford(first time ever) f-350. Wow. every single dealer I have called seem as if they could care a less to sell a truck. I only wish I could leave a negative star rating. I sent my mother to get a tire rotation and flat repair that was supposed to be free because I purchased the tire from the quicklane. She was charged instead and they refuse to refund me my money quicklane is a scam.
Don't buy any warranty here cause it won't cover you. Bought my truck brand new and the rear seat won't fold down. Red McCommbs won't take care of their customer
