Not a happy camper. I have a ford Fusion (2014) and the batter died May 2 ,2016. I called the service center, talked to Rochelle, it was still under warranty, I have less than 28,000 miles on it. Her options to me because it was under warranty was - tow it in, they'll replace the battery for free OR I go buy another battery, bring them the receipt and they'll reimburse me. Bought a used car from here about 4 weeks ago, bank ended up backing out on us, we are now going through a long process of trying to keep the car because someone on their end screwed up. Just had a newborn baby and this is my only vehicle to get him and I places and for me to go to school. My wife and I leased an Explorer in Ohio, then she was stationed back in San Antonio and we wanted to purchase our Explorer before the lease was up so we contacted Ford. They said go to the nearest dealer ship and they will do the purchase. I contacted Red McCombs and explained what I wanted to do they said I needed to talk to the Finance Manger. Purchased a "certified pre-owned" 15 months ago and have had nothing but problems. We brought the F-150 to the service department multiple times and supposedly had the issue of leaking fixed which was present upon purchase. Window was supposedly fixed, rear brake light replaced and it continues to leak. We have now been informed that we have to pay for it. Terrible service and terrible vehicle. DO NOT use Red McCombs.
We made an appointment at the quick lane for 930 this morning. It's now 130 pm and we're still waiting. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I won't be back. And I wouldn't recommend this place to even people I dislike.
We bought a new Ford last week red McCombs Ford sales people that lie to you takes hours and hours and hours to get waited on then we bring it back for an oil change it took three and a half hours and I still didn't do everything right I wouldn't ever go back to red McCombs for anything

Stay away from this dealership and their service department! They are incompetent and two faced. I bought a 2012 f150 platinum from them new a few years back and immediately was having a service power steering light come on. After a handful of visits, they told me they can't find the problem and they would pretty much have to wait for it to fail.
