Terrible service the manager matt ochoa disrespectful he said i couldnt afford anything but yet he wanted me to buy whatever he wanted to sell me a high milage vehicle he didnt wanted to negociate i was willing to give a high down payment oh well i guess he didnt want my bussines i got approved somewhere else becareful when applying for credit here 2 inquiries shows on my credit histoy when theres only supposed to be one and it shows on 2 different dates i dont reccomend anyone coming to this place
I had originally given a 5-Star review. However, I’ve learned that once they have your money all customer service goes out the window. I’m having issues with my car that is still under warranty, but they can’t be bothered to look at my vehicle in a timely manner or give me a loaner to use while mine is in the shop. Why would I recommend anyone buy a vehicle from a place that doesn’t take care of the customers after purchase??
UPDATE: Wildly incompetent and corrupt. My 2020 Ecosport with 55k miles broke down and was towed to Red McCombs on 8/7/2023. On week 5 of my car sitting there, the geniuses here at Ford decide to pay for a rental thru Enterprise. It is required I rent a Ford product & guess what, they give me an Ecosport. I return that car the very next day because it has mechanical issues. It shut off on me and it was shaking as I slowed down. The service advisor assigned to me is inexperienced and inconsiderate. Service manager poor customer service and not taking responsibility. Parts manager was helpful.
Came in yesterday, Jan 27th 2017 in hopes of getting a better deal than my local dealership. I did not even get to see the sales rep that I had an appointment with, instead I was approached by another sales rep that did a so so job of helping me out. They would not even consider negotiating with my trade, they really low balled me with it. Awful experiences-- TOO MANY TO LIST!!! I'm am sick about this!!!! My truck is broken and no one can help me!!!! You shouldn't have multiple issues with a vehicle within a month of purchase!!!!!! I will tell all my friends and family to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Shame!
My car was returned to me with oil stains on my car door and inside door handle. My car was not very clean but after 7 days, they could have wash it.
This is without a doubt the worse dealership in the state of Texas! In less than 9 days I brought my car in twice for overheating. As I leave with my car that has not been repaired because your mechanics can't recreate the issue, I can't help but wonder what you actually did to it since you had it for a whole week.
