Sales man was the only good thing about this dealership so far. The employees are uninformed , Parts and service department is horrible. I had to wait 3 hrs today just to be told that it may take another hour or 2 to make 1 truck key... I was told it would take an hour and a half when I arrived after 3 hrs I decided it was time to go. I would never bring my truck back to this place but the key is "owed" to me in the first place.
Destroyed my credit rating. Ran my credit 7 times in one night. If they think you might buy from another dealer they will do their best to ruin you.
Red McCombs Ford West is the worst dealership!! The salesman and management in the used car department are very rude with little or no people skills. I will never recommend any of Red McCombs dealerships to anyone!! They don't even deserve a star
I intended to rate a zero based on how horrendous my experience has been with servicing the vehicle and driving a car that is unreliable. My 2012 Ford Focus that is a "Certified pre owned vehicle" stalled again while turning at an intersection. My fiance and I are convinced it is a transmission issue, and told the service writer that this issue is something we have previously brought the vehicle in before for. To start the story off at 5:30AM this morning on my way to work the engine blows up in my truck. Being that my truck is my job, if i waited to have my truck fixed I would loose my job. So I decide to buy a new ford(first time ever) f-350. Wow. every single dealer I have called seem as if they could care a less to sell a truck. I explained this situation to the sales guy(I need a truck tonight/tomorrow for work) and he said everything could be done asap and the truck sent out tonight. Great! I only wish I could leave a negative star rating. I sent my mother to get a tire rotation and flat repair that was supposed to be free because I purchased the tire from the quicklane. She was charged instead and they refuse to refund me my money quicklane is a scam.
