Probably the worst customer service I've had there after spending thousands of dollars. It's one thing to provide horrible service but to be plain out rude to my wife by refusing to provide information and talking down to her. If you want to be mistreated and talked down to, this is the place for you! Not to mention I dropped my truck off in working condition and had to get it towed away. Isaac miller you are a gem of a customer service rep!
I purchased a new 2014 supercrew f15 from here. I must say it was a terrible experience. I will be trading in next year for a 250 king but unfortunently will not purchase from this dealership.
Sales man was the only good thing about this dealership so far. The employees are uninformed , Parts and service department is horrible. I had to wait 3 hrs today just to be told that it may take another hour or 2 to make 1 truck key... I was told it would take an hour and a half when I arrived after 3 hrs I decided it was time to go. I would never bring my truck back to this place but the key is "owed" to me in the first place.
Destroyed my credit rating. Ran my credit 7 times in one night. If they think you might buy from another dealer they will do their best to ruin you.
Red McCombs Ford West is the worst dealership!! The salesman and management in the used car department are very rude with little or no people skills. I will never recommend any of Red McCombs dealerships to anyone!! They don't even deserve a star
I intended to rate a zero based on how horrendous my experience has been with servicing the vehicle and driving a car that is unreliable. My 2012 Ford Focus that is a "Certified pre owned vehicle" stalled again while turning at an intersection. My fiance and I are convinced it is a transmission issue, and told the service writer that this issue is something we have previously brought the vehicle in before for.
