This is without a doubt the worse dealership in the state of Texas! In less than 9 days I brought my car in twice for overheating. As I leave with my car that has not been repaired because your mechanics can't recreate the issue, I can't help but wonder what you actually did to it since you had it for a whole week. Buyer beware! Not all of the Ford Escapes that are advertised at $18383 are that price! They are actually $2000 higher due to a protectant on the finish! Be sure and ask when you call, or before you test drive!
New car deal: Give up your RIGHTS- Just to buy a car!?! HELL NO!!! But that is exactly what Red McCombs dealerships ask you to do. Sadly you don't find this out until you're in the financing office and signing all your paperwork so you can take your car home. It is towards the end of the 'packet' of papers to be signed. BAD EXPERIENCE! We bought a 2016 with all the coverage we could get, including rental. First time we go to use it, we can't use it. Our brand new 2016 Fusion turned off on the freeway. Ford has to keep our brand new car overnight, and will not provide a rental car. FEEL SO CONNED RIGHT NOW!!!

The Service Dept. had the WORST customer service ever. They didn't touch my car the whole day, then lost it, and then was super rude to me when they did find it. A total bust. Not that anything will come of it, but I called corporate and filed an official complaint.
They do not care about the customer. What happened to my family here with my 2015 Explorer (Yes, 2015) is sad. The treatment from Jesse the Service Manager is deplorable. It's just another example of companies not standing behind their product and the employees knowing this and getting away with very poor customer service. The reviews speak for themselves. Red McCombs is aware of this and apparently doesn't care. What does that say about them?
I purchased a vehicle from Red McCombs in January. Two days ago I had an issue with the AC so I took it in. I was told that multiple parts had issues and tubes had been taped up versus being replaced. I'm curious if it is customary to sell cars with patched up parts versus replacing them with new parts? I'm now having to pay close to $2,000 for repairs that, I feel, should not have existed.
