Bought two cars here should of known after the first time they would screw us again. Sure enough I buy a 57000 mustang and has paint issues they don't want to give a loaner while they fix there issues. Worst customer service ever I talked to the GM Shawn and he was just as careless as everyone else no thank for coming back after your first experience nothing. Do not shop here go else where you will be happy you did.
Not happy with the service. Car has 8000 miles. 1 1/2 day wait for diagnosis. No rental. Really, next time won't buy American car.
This company knowingly sold us a lemon. The car is now involved in a class action lawsuit regarding the transmission. I have the power train warranty, and even purchased the extended warranty, but somehow the one part that breaks in my ALREADY FAULTY transmission isn’t covered. I am far from being a complainer, but we have just not had good luck with our dealings with Red McCombs Ford. We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE the last Saturday in April. Went through all the upsale and paperwork and financing etc., which as everyone knows is not a quick process. Stopped in Saturday afternoon at Quicklane to see about getting my tires topped off with nitrogen as that is how they came from the dealership I bought my Explorer from. Service rep told me it would be 4 hour wait as all techs were busy. He was pleasant and courteous but that was too long to wait. Drove to Red McCombs on I-10, the service rep at their Quicklane took my key fob and had the tires topped off and my vehicle back in about ten minutes. Had not been back to this dealership in years, much nicer setup.
I have been nothing but disappointed in my experiences at both Mccombs Ford West and Mccombs Ford.
