Two weeks ago, I bought a new Mercedes over $50k at SA Mercedes, wrote them a check (from my California Bank) and drove home in the car. Saturday (12/1), I wanted to buy my niece a car, that she found at this dealership. We went there and Nate, her salesperson, was great at answering all her questions. FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR SERVICE. This place is just as bad as the other Red location. I was told tire was ready and no appointment needed could come whenever and I would get in right away. When I arrive told about 30min and it takes over an HR and 45min to change out one tire. Trash service since the beginning. Lily needs to be better informed and stop wasting peoples time. Over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Had a 1030 appointment and they didn’t even get the vehicle in until after 1130. Still sitting here waiting. Car has 6k miles on it shouldn’t need anything else.

We dropped our Ioniq 5 off for service at Red McCombs Hyundai on Thursday, June 27. The service appointment was scheduled because we received a warning notice for the failure of the front safety system and the cruise control. At the time of dropoff, the service advisor named Victor told us it would probably be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week that he could get our vehicle back to us. Came for a maintenance due to travel cross country to and from Virginia due to military orders. Also had a screw that got caught in the tire. Could I had gone to cheaper place yes but, I had trust in the dealership. I was told the car would be ready by 5pm after drop off at 11am. Getting here was told the site hasn’t been updated and there are no loaners available to be given. Disappointed! Not one call back from the service department. Left messages, everyone gives us the runaround when we call to speak to someone in service. I select service on the call, they send me to internet sales. Our car has been recalled and we are just waiting with not one update. We understand they may be waiting for parts, or we are not next in line but we should be contacted and updated. That’s the problem here. It’s been 3 weeks!
