Have had nothing but bad experiences. Mislead on the purchase and repairs are not getting dove.

Horrible experience with this dealership. Drove 8.5 hours from another state to this place. I told them I was having to drive that far, just to get to the dealership and be told they won't do out of state titles. Absolutely horrible customer service to treat customers that way. 8.5 hour drive completely wasted. Still can't believe they would do this to a customer.

It's a hot car market no doubt. I've been waiting on a 2022 Tuscan Hybrid Limited to come in. I was advised that Superior Hyundai is not taking deposits to keep everything fair. So the vehicle was supposed to arrive today, my wife stops in to see if it came in. After a period of time, it comes to light that the vehicle hasn't arrived yet AND the GM sold the vehicle already. Somehow, a company that isn't taking deposits to reserve vehicles, is doing just that. Needless to say, I will never do business with any of Red McCombs ... read more

purchase was great. service there is horrendous with no sense of responsibility. A service representative "DJ" took my keys. lo and behold I am waiting +3 HOURS for a freaking oil change and tire rotation. I go back to the service desk and he tells me. "I tried to call." but I don't see any missed calls on my phone. "Did you leave a voice mail?" no response. three hours lost that i can never get back. it's one thing if the service center is backed up with cars to service, but negligence is not acceptable. then when I go pick... read more

I wish there was a minus rating I could give to them. Totally ruined experience of buying my first car. Unprofessional and impolite manager, needs to learn how to run a service industry. Car shortage does not give them right to treat people like s***. Educate your employee if they are not supposed to take advance, I did what I was told by your sales rep. After taking down payment they cannot hold car for one day because they could not find the financial institute I had pre-approved loan with. I had to go to bank and serve t... read more

*NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! *BAD COMMUNICATION *UNDER WARRANTY FOR A REASON *NO INFORMATION OR UPDATES My husband and I have tried several several frustrating attempts to call, leave messages plus emails have been sent to the service department person "Austin". No response as of today 10/27/2021 They have had our vehicle in the service department to long with no response...we want it fix correctly as it did NOT get fixed the first time under warranty. The extra key fob to a vehicle I purchased was stolen from the salesman JT”s desk right before I entered the finance office. Four weeks later a replacement key fob hasn’t arrived yet after I was told I’d receive a replacement in a few days. DON'T EXPECT ANY FOLLOW THROUGH OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
