My sister and I have called and gone down there multiple times and we are either told they are “working on it” “calling warranty” or will get get back to us. Our daughters car was purchased in July, with an additional warranty. In August her car broke down in Austin, TX and the dealership has yet to even look at the car, let alone repair it. She is a young soldier with her first car that she’s been making payments on for longer than she’s had the car in her possession. Sales was great working with Mr. Luis. It is a shame that he is forced to sell faulty products and a service department that has no accountability or oversight to repair issues. We bought a brand new 2022 Ioniq. 2 months off lot, the entire electrical hybrid system failed and it was disabled. They didn't even offer a loaner vehicle, even after they projected it would take a month to fix. Eventually helped them come to their senses. Car was returned damaged. Have had nothing but bad experiences. Mislead on the purchase and repairs are not getting dove.
Horrible experience with this dealership. Drove 8.5 hours from another state to this place. I told them I was having to drive that far, just to get to the dealership and be told they won't do out of state titles. Absolutely horrible customer service to treat customers that way. 8.5 hour drive completely wasted. Still can't believe they would do this to a customer.
It's a hot car market no doubt. I've been waiting on a 2022 Tuscan Hybrid Limited to come in. I was advised that Superior Hyundai is not taking deposits to keep everything fair. So the vehicle was supposed to arrive today, my wife stops in to see if it came in. After a period of time, it comes to light that the vehicle hasn't arrived yet AND the GM sold the vehicle already. purchase was great. service there is horrendous with no sense of responsibility. A service representative "DJ" took my keys. lo and behold I am waiting +3 HOURS for a freaking oil change and tire rotation. I go back to the service desk and he tells me. "I tried to call." but I don't see any missed calls on my phone. I wish there was a minus rating I could give to them. Totally ruined experience of buying my first car. Unprofessional and impolite manager, needs to learn how to run a service industry.
