After my vehicle was damaged in an accident in December of 2015, my insurance had the car towed to Red McCombs Service Center to be assessed by the adjuster. Originally when I bought my car I would have given a better review (maybe) however my car was totaled 6 months after and when I went back to you guys you weren't interested in my continued business. You also weren't interested in giving my money back for the extended warranties you conned me into buying, after that battle you would think that you would stop bothering me. One of the worst experiences of my life. Absolutely no regards to getting my truck fixed in a timely manner. Everytime I call(that's right when I call since they don't live up to calling me like they said they would) I get a different excuse or idk let me run out to the shop and check. Lady you've had my truck for over three months now! This is getting ridiculous! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE!
