I was sold a vehicle the had a wrong battery in it. I paid Walmart to replace it, and when I called Hyundai to inquire about reimbursement, I was talked to in a very rude manner. I called Jason Dell several times, and left voicemails, but never received a call back. If I could do this all over again and go to another dealership, I would. They take advantage of your weakness and vulnerability for a new vehicle. They see nothing but getting dollar signs from you despite your vulnerable state. 5 HARD INQUIRIES JUST BECAUSE I WANTED INFORMATION?? I made it clear I wasn't buying. I just wanted information on a pre qualification that specifically said it would not hurt my credit!!!! That's not a good way to get business done.

David Stubbs (sales), Brian Crum ( sales manager), Suzie, Michael Chambers( Finance), Elizabeth and General manager Michael Ackels who promised he will looked into the issue; I guess he is still looking. RICARDO is not to be trusted. If you buy anything there do NOT go to him. I was texting him and asked if the vehicle had a 6cyl and he told me it did. I got there for a test drive and we took it around the block, but he never said for us to take it on the highway....well when left with the vehicle i noticed it was vey underpowered... Also found that the seat would not adjust up (higher). I got home and popped the hood and there is a 4cyl in there. Went in to see about getting into a bigger car only because we got a letter stating that they would pay off the car and get us into the new one at equal or LOWER payments. It didn't say anything about "not if you owe this much or if the other one cost more than your car was when you bought it. Not only was it not at least equal to but the cheapest payment with a $2000 down payment was over $400 which is almost double our current payment. New car deal: Give up your RIGHTS- Just to buy a car!?! HELL NO!!! But that is exactly what Red McCombs dealerships ask you to do. Sadly you don't find this out until you're in the financing office and signing all your paperwork so you can take your car home. It is towards the end of the 'packet' of papers to be signed. It is a paper called an "Arbitration Provision" form. It states that you cannot take red McCombs dealerships to a jury trial ever if they refuse to fix a problem with one of their vehicles. Horrible service department. They don't honor the shoddy work they do. Repeatedly have to take vehicle back for same repair. Last time it was there the window regulator broke and the dealership wouldnt accept responsibility for it and and made me pay for the repair. Time before that they couldnt find a whining noise which I diagnosed in 5 minutes as a bad bearing on the idler pylling. Hyundai customer care is a joke. I wouldn't hire hyundai certified technician to work at the lube center in Wal-Mart. I'll never buy another... read more

Traded in our car on June 9th, we used an insurance check as down payment. We get a call the next day saying that the paperwork was done wrong. Then they sent the check to the wrong company to get endorsed. We have been back several times looking for information but no one had anything for us. And of course the whole time that this is going on car payments were still being drafted form our account. They promised to refunds the money but we still have seen a check and it is now August 22nd!!!! Will never shop here again!!!!!... read more
