This is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a car from them three months ago and have already had to pour thousands of dollars into it to fix things they didn’t take care of previously. Their service department turned me away without even looking at the vehicle because it was a different make. The car was dangerous to drive when they sold it to me, and knew that I was in a desperate situation and would be easy to take advantage of. I’m writing a poor review specifically because one salesman in particular made me uncomfortable. I ended up purchasing a Toyota instead of a Hyundai and this is what your salesman had to say... instead of trying to find a way to EARN future business, he sent me a text which insulted my purchase. Horrible experience with this dealership.

THE OL' BAIT AND SWITCH TECHNIQUE! I would like to preface this review by saying that I have only written an handful of reviews in my entire lifetime, all of which were 5 star. That being said, this is a first for me. Over the course of a 3 day period, I spoke with the dealership on 4 separate occasions to confirm that one of their used cars that I planned on purchasing was still in their inventory. We bought our car here a few years ago and boy do we regret it. Nothing about the process was pleasant but the worst part is the service department. Has to be the worst i have ever dealt with in my 17 years owning a vehicle. Everytime service is done wether its maintence such oil changes, tire warrenty, or alignemts it takes FOREVER. The car breaks down frequently and has been see numerous times, even though they have sworn its not a lemon. The service dept. sucks. The senior service advisor, Eddie Gamez is rude and not very helpful at all. I regret buying a vehicle from these people.

I bought a car and paid for it in full on Sept 9. I still don’t have the title or plates as of December 19, and they no longer answer my emails. Guess I’ll have to file a complaint with TxDMV and/or the Texas Attorney General General’s office. Something very shady seems to be going on.
