RecommendedTook 20 days to get scheduled in, but the customer service was spot on. My pool filter set up is old school, and required a special tool which was not on the truck. Instead of rescheduling Dylan went the extra mile to check out local options, but ended up having to go to Vero to pick up the tool. The inspection was completed by the end of the day, and the pool leak was found. Much appreciated!

Had a rough start with a scheduling miscommunication. Austin is hands down the best tech I’ve ever met. He was so knowledgeable, so nice, did a great job of explaining everything, he went ABOVE and beyond. If you have a chance to ask for a tech ask for Austin.
2 separate repairs, Zach is amazing and the crews were amazing, most professional organization, workmanship is impeccable, all know their jobs inside and out.
Highly recommend Red Rhino for their service detecting leaking in our waterfall system. Mike, our technician was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable even with our 16 year old system. When a second issue popped up they were here the next day to find and make additional repairs. Thanks to Ryan also for being a fist class listener to our concerns. and Mike really impressed us having to take up pavers twice just to double check his work. Having Red Rhino was a fabulous experience! Tyler was the representative that came out, and he was efficient and his attention to detail was something that you just don't see very often. Tyler was able to quickly locate the leak and promptly fix the leak all in one visit. I give Red Rhino a 10 plus rating!
jason was our tech and he was on time answered all my questions and was very professional.i an very HAPPY with this company.jason did a leak test,found the leak and set up a repair date within a week and a half and gave me an estimate before he left.I would recommend this company to anyone with a pool problem.i will give another review after the repair.
