RecommendedTanner seemed very thorough in his inspection and explained his findings to both my husband and I. The only disadvantage that I know of was the length of time to get both an appointment for diagnostics and for repair.

Everything positive. The tech obviously knew what he was doing. He located the leak, other people failed to do, and now we are scheduled for repair. Don't hesitate calling Red Rhino.
