Jacob was the tech who did the inspection, he was on time and excellent to work with. He went through the entire pool and identified where the leak was. He showed me and we talked about the repair which is to replace the skimmer. He did a temporary patch to stop the leak until the repairs can be made. He was super professional and nice explaining the whole way what he was doing. He scheduled the repair appointment while he was here. I would definitely give them a 5 out of 5! Chris Did a awesome job describing all the mechanicals and looking over all the functioning equipment on our pool. He was patient and explained everything. We have never owned a pool so it was very nice to hear what to expect. I felt the pool inspection and review was TOP NOTCH!
