RecommendedRed Rhino is very professional. Jeff was out with a trainee, they searched our pool for 3 hours and found that we had a broken pipe. This is the second time we had used this Company and was very pleased with the results. Honest, trustworthy, efficient was my experience.

RecommendedTook 20 days to get scheduled in, but the customer service was spot on. My pool filter set up is old school, and required a special tool which was not on the truck. Instead of rescheduling Dylan went the extra mile to check out local options, but ended up having to go to Vero to pick up the tool. The inspection was completed by the end of the day, and the pool leak was found. Much appreciated!

RecommendedHad a rough start with a scheduling miscommunication. Austin is hands down the best tech I’ve ever met. He was so knowledgeable, so nice, did a great job of explaining everything, he went ABOVE and beyond. If you have a chance to ask for a tech ask for Austin.

RecommendedHighly recommend Red Rhino for their service detecting leaking in our waterfall system. Mike, our technician was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable even with our 16 year old system. When a second issue popped up they were here the next day to find and make additional repairs. Thanks to Ryan also for being a fist class listener to our concerns. and Mike really impressed us having to take up pavers twice just to double check his work. RecommendedHaving Red Rhino was a fabulous experience! Tyler was the representative that came out, and he was efficient and his attention to detail was something that you just don't see very often.
