RecommendedWe did not know if we had a leak or not. Red Rhino came out and was very polite and professional. He went diving in the pool and came back with great news. We did not have a leak in our pipes or the pool it was the water fall. Explained everything professionally and we were very happy with the service.

Red Rhino found and patched my pool leak! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came back when scheduled to do the repair. Jacob was the tech who did the inspection, he was on time and excellent to work with. He went through the entire pool and identified where the leak was. He showed me and we talked about the repair which is to replace the skimmer. He did a temporary patch to stop the leak until the repairs can be made. He was super professional and nice explaining the whole way what he was doing. He scheduled the repair appointment while he was here. I would definitely give them a 5 out of 5! Chris Did a awesome job describing all the mechanicals and looking over all the functioning equipment on our pool. He was patient and explained everything. We have never owned a pool so it was very nice to hear what to expect. I felt the pool inspection and review was TOP NOTCH!
