RecommendedHad a rough start with a scheduling miscommunication. Austin is hands down the best tech I’ve ever met. He was so knowledgeable, so nice, did a great job of explaining everything, he went ABOVE and beyond. If you have a chance to ask for a tech ask for Austin.

RecommendedHighly recommend Red Rhino for their service detecting leaking in our waterfall system. Mike, our technician was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable even with our 16 year old system. When a second issue popped up they were here the next day to find and make additional repairs. Thanks to Ryan also for being a fist class listener to our concerns. and Mike really impressed us having to take up pavers twice just to double check his work. Recommendedjason was our tech and he was on time answered all my questions and was very professional.i an very HAPPY with this company.jason did a leak test,found the leak and set up a repair date within a week and a half and gave me an estimate before he left.I would recommend this company to anyone with a pool problem.i will give another review after the repair.
