RecommendedI had a significant pool leak and I called my pool service who got in touch with Red Rhino. Austin Baker, the tech from Red Rhino, arrived and after a few hours proceeded to locate the leak and got me temporarily back in business. While there will be some follow up work required, Austin Provided explanations along the way as to what he found and what he felt was needed to get the pool back to where it should be as the pool is about 12 years old. Red Rhino came out and diagnosed three leaks. Coming out June 22 for two leaks. Keegan said he would patch the third leak but he didn’t guarantee it as Green Turtle is a fiberglass glass pool company. He came out and did an excellent job. I would recommend Red Rhino to anyone who has a pool leak.

We did not know if we had a leak or not. Red Rhino came out and was very polite and professional. He went diving in the pool and came back with great news. We did not have a leak in our pipes or the pool it was the water fall. Explained everything professionally and we were very happy with the service.

Red Rhino found and patched my pool leak! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came back when scheduled to do the repair. Jacob was the tech who did the inspection, he was on time and excellent to work with. He went through the entire pool and identified where the leak was. He showed me and we talked about the repair which is to replace the skimmer. He did a temporary patch to stop the leak until the repairs can be made. He was super professional and nice explaining the whole way what he was doing. He scheduled the repair appointment while he was here. I would definitely give them a 5 out of 5! Chris Did a awesome job describing all the mechanicals and looking over all the functioning equipment on our pool. He was patient and explained everything. We have never owned a pool so it was very nice to hear what to expect. I felt the pool inspection and review was TOP NOTCH!
