Just as the title says. They understood my needs, understood my budget. Worked within those parameters and had me in a new truck within a reasonable amount of time. They seemingly care about the amout of time that people spend at th dealership. They got me in and out.
I went to the service department at Regal Nissan to get some repairs on my vehicle. Marshall took his time to fully explain the needed repairs to me, which I appreciated very much. What's more is that I was offerred free shuttle service back to my home. If that wasn't great enough, the shuttle service driver, Warren, was an amazing guy that made me feel comfortable. I was overall very satisfied with my experience today. Thank you!
I, myself, have only been to this exact location twice. The professionalism and friendliness of the service members and shuttle drivers are always fantastic. Warren, the shuttle driver, is such a delight to talk to, and it is a plus that he is a conversationalist. Thanks to the service crew for allowing a mother to leave her car overnight so she didn't have to drag her kid out close to bedtime to pick up the car. I found good service,price,attention. I saved a lot of money and I got GREAT discounts!! My car was amazing/clean when I got it they were also very polite. I recommend that you should go a visit sometime!
Hasna helped me with my purchase a year ago. I can be difficult but she was patient and got me what I wanted along with the color I requested. And she made sure I have the best deal too. Following that I introduced 4 of my friends and they all purchased a new car within weeks of my purchase. They were all pleased with the service she gave. My entire experience with Hasna was incredible! She was so amazing and helped me with everything without ever leading me in to something that wasn’t guaranteed. It was a pleasure to work with Hasna and I plan on working with her and staying with Nissan for a while!
