Nate Murray is the BEST Service Advisor! Regal always has a courtesy shuttle that takes me home while my car is being serviced. The ride is so pleasant when Warren is driving!
Steve Vaugn & his crew & staff especially Warren always makes each appointment special. They attend & listen to resolve the consumers needs in an expert manner. Being in a service profession myself(Realtor), I can highly recommend this organization. Been a customer for 12 years, always leasing a Nissan product from Regal Nissan.
I have always dreaded buying a new car, ONLY because of the LONG process. Thanks to Jeff (JJ), I will NEVER buy a vehicle elsewhere! JJ and his team made the process so simple that we feel like they are our neighbors! Chris in financing helped me save even more money w/out even asking! I have already given a referral to them and have a $100 check on it's way to me! Thank you guys so much for the hospitality that you gave me and my husband; and of course MY NEW ROGUE!!!!
They did excellent work on my auto, but the wait time is always long and the waiting area was extremely cold. I was totally uncomfortable. If they are going to take forever with my car, at least make me comfortable while I wait.

I was in and out with my purchase within hours. The sales man was professional and courteous, the visit was not drawn out with him attempting to sell me what I did not want.

Dan Manley and Ron Meinert of Regal Nissan in Roswell, GA made my 2015 Nissan LEAF buying experience very comfortable and pressure free. Dan was extremely knowledgeable about the LEAF and Ron worked on the numbers to make the sale happen. I was also relieved that they were not the typical pushy and dishonest car salesmen I've encountered in two other Nissan dealerships (Sutherlin and Carriage) I had visited before. Need to get my tires replaced, got a quote over the phone which was cheaper than others. Service was completed on time. The shuttle service was great (thanks Waren!!) and eventually the price was even lower that the quote. Great job by all involved (Paul & Waren).
