Warren the shuttle driver was super nice and provided a awesome service. He drop me off at my work and pick me up when my car is ready. He answer my call immediately and did not wait long. He was very pleasant guy and had a great conversation with and never boring. Wonderful experience!!!

Good and convenience shuttle service. The service consultant called me to explain the recommendations after the inspection and helped me with the schedule to pick up my car on time.
Just had one of the most pleasant shuttle experiences with Warren at Regal Nissan. He is very courteous, personable and definitely an asset to the Regal Nissan family. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. He sets the standard--all customer service should be this pleasant and professional!
The shuttle driver provided great services. He was pleasant and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond. I had missed my lunch because I had to drop of my car at the dealership and he kidly drove me to get food.
