When we received our chair at home it was much harder and uncomfortable than the one we tried in the store. Regretted signing the no return policy. have broken it in now and doing well with it.

Working with Darren as great. He was informative, helpful and instructive. He accommodated our need to store our new bed for a month while our new house was finished. The delivery guys were also great. They knew what they were doing and got the job done well with great attitudes!!! One piece that holds the beds together was missing.
