Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past, but not so at Relax the Back in Gateway Shopping Center. I went there after visiting other Mattress Stores, for the purpose of buying a Tempur-Pedic Adjustable bed. I was facing back surgery and needed a good quality bed. Nathan Ott at the store was great to work with in assisting us select our Andrew LeBlanc zero gravity chairs and answering all of our questions. Our chairs were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The delivery team was fantastic also. All excited that these chairs were made in the U.S.A.

Shopping at Relax the Back was pleasant, and our sales rep Elijah was helpful, courteous and knowledge. We made a selection of a lift chair from a floor model, and it was very comfortable and had its control outside the right arm rest. We were given a delivery estimate of 5 1/2 weeks.
