I came in there for a lumbar wedge pillow, which they didn’t my have any, and the guy insists on me trying the anti-gravity chair, which is only $2000.00 and up. The chair was comfortable, but I was only looking to spend around $50.00. In fact I was disappointed in how little inventory there was.

Way, way, way to expensive. Friendly staff, but products are priced well over there actual value. Won't be returning to the store.

Relax the Back has always committed to carrying products that help backs for years to come. ** Updating review based on response from business. Instead of of using customer feedback to improve their business they simply choose to ignore the problem and ask me to order online. Will definitely not consider doing business with this company again.** Great products but it takes too long to checkout. I bought one small item and they want an email address, along street address. I did not provide all the information they wanted but it still took too long to checkout. Will not return for this reason.

Waited an everlastingly long time for an order to come in with no updates. The pillow is VERY POOR NOT TO MY LIKING BUT I AM STUCK WITH IT. online retailers will take such back with FULL REFUND. So how come I am stuck with merchandise that I cannot use??? And $100.00 to boot but the same pillow retails online at $ 59,95?

I'm quite disappointed in my chair although it is quite attractive and well made. I continue to use my grandfather's Morris chair most of the time unless I'm in pain or exhausted. The chair is too large for me--my feet don't reach the floor when I sit in it, the controls are hard to reach, the headrest is overstuffed as are the arms and the lumbar support. Terrible customer service. I walked in, no customers in the store, the two sales guys motioned back and forth to each other about who would come talk to me a couple times, like neither wanted to. I seriously felt like I was intruding. When I asked a question the 2nd guy who came over was actually pretty rude when he answered. His manager was at least personable when he came in. It was like maybe they thought I don’t make enough money to buy one of their chairs. Horrible, would never buy anything from them.
