Service while in the store was okay, if somewhat disorganized. For example, first we were told there was a sale on such that premium leather would cost the same as the regular. Oops, that's not the case. Then we were told that contrasting top stitching on the regular leather (as displayed in one of the floor samples) was no longer available. It is, and our chair has it. The oldest man working there was training a new lady and it was extremely SLOW. INSTEAD of course he should train while they are there with no business waiting for her to type extremely slowly while customers wait!!! Very irritating!

Never received price quotes on recliner as promised. Lumbar pillow for travel that was purchased would not stay deflated in suitcase. Finally left it behind in a hotel to gain some space in the suitcase. Disappointing.
