This chair has been a big disappoint for me. It's not the chair; it's the fact that it does not do my back any good. I have difficulty trying to relax my back with this chair. I wish I could trade it in for a surety of comfort, but I guess it's like buying a car - once bought, you're stuck with it.

I went in to purchase a pillow and that purchase was fine; however, while in the store My friend and I inquired about a massage chair. We were quoted a price and my friend took all of the information. I knew she and her husband would purchase the chair before me, but when she called to inquire about the chair she found out that we had been quoted the wrong price.
