You know your product well. Staff took plenty of time with me for questions and while choosing the chair. I do regret not getting the smaller chair. I was surprised when I got the chair home there were no batteries in the backup. There was no conversation about the battery back up during my visit. Also, when getting my chair settled in my home, I found one of the electric wires crimped severely, the coating was not broken but the wire was crimped/wedged between two fixed parts.

The owner spent quality time with me helping me find the right pillow to help with my cervical herniated disc condition. He also directed me to a book with helpful exercises. I'm feeling and sleeping much better.

i purchased a pillow, but I was able to take a sample pillow home and try it for a few days before I bought one meant a lot. Who else does that?
