Great products and knowledge but the customer service goes above and beyond! I purchased a zero gravity chair back in June. One plus for me was it had an optional battery pack. Well the company changed the transformer and hasn’t updated the battery pack. Emailed manufacturer and got no response. However, Trey at Relax Your Back in Denver went far and above to find me a solution. He found a solution and had it shipped directly to me. Highly recommend this location.
