We rushed in on a weekend, desperate to get relief from chronic severe back pain, and the sales lady was the BEST, as luck had it we were able to buy a ZG off-the-floor and her expertise and helpful advice was greatly appreciated—including helping us load it up (barely fit) into our SUV. Experience mostly positive, above 90% with the chair and would only say I’ve learned it’s important to take breaks every so often from the ZG position.

It's good to adjust your exact posture in a Zero Gravity chair as you sit in it, even taking breaks once in a while when you are new to this kind of chair.
