I had a great experience with the sales team as I tried to pick the best chair for a complicated health issue, delivery was incredibly fast and easy, and they answered and solved all questions and concerns quickly and graciously. Thank goodness for this company!

The "saddle" color in our Hale AirComfort and in the Gravis does have a gradient to it that is hard to see on the small swatch until you see an entire chair done in that leather. Came into the store after seeing similar chairs at a big box furniture store, your sales person Trey Was excellent and knowledgeable. He explained all of the features of the various models you had on our floor and was more than willing to let us spend a fair amount of time testing each one to figure out what would be right. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for relaxation products.
