I needed a new executive desk chair for my office. As I have chronic neck and back pain, my wife and I immediately thought of Relax The Back in Scottsdale, AZ when I was unable to find a suitable chair locally in Flagstaff. We had previously purchased other products from the store and were always satisfied with the quality and durabilty of their products. Perfect Came when they said they would , moved beds around and disposed of a mattress. No extra charge! Wonderful!
My experience with Relax the Back was excellent! Ordering was easy, was told that it would be delivered in about two weeks and exactly two weeks later I get a call about the delivery. Since we were going to be out of town they called back when I said we would be back and they delivered the next day! The delivery team was excellent, moving beds around and hauling away the old mattress , all with no extra charge! I love the bed and the service!

Exceptional
The remote on my three-year-old recliner went out. I assumed I needed a new one so I called to order one it took weeks and weeks of back-and-forth before it finally arrived. I needed help in lifting the recliner to install the new one and discovered that the power cord was unplugged so the remote was not dead.
