Everything was excellent except the delay in delivering my Copeland office furniture. Despite that, the furniture, when I finally got it a few weeks ago, I wonderful. Great product. We are also very happy with the massage chair.

Very Good, getting used to all the adjustment
I called your store three different times to find a specific item. You did not have it and three times someone told me they would look into it and NO ONE called me back. Finally I called twice and asked to speak to a manager. The manager NEVER called me back. The worst customer service I have ever had in any store. Seriously I don’t know how you stay in buisness. I will never recommend you to anyone

You were not happy with an advertised item being oversold and the immediate knowledge of when the item will be back in stock. When you finally made your purchase, you made no mention of any of this and the in-store experience was pleasant, according to our staff.
