Extremely happy first with the chair and also with the Customer Service both at the store and with the delivery.
I've always loved the products at Relax the Back, but my sales person Steven DiSciascio in Scottsdale was the best I've worked with at any location in multiple states. Very welcoming, attentive, professional, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back!
Kyle was extremely helpful in choosing the right massage chair for us. We love it!
Went to relax the back on Sunday May 4th and was greeted by Kyle. He was very helpful, and matched a very good price I had gotten on the Internet for 2 Casper mattresses. We also got two other items and Kyle threw in a new pillow for free. Follow up was great and now 10 days post purchase we are waiting for a delivery (which they told us would take 2-3 weeks). So far it's been an excellent experience.
Kyle was impressive with his knowledge of the products. He answered every question and we were hooked!
