Kyle was terrific! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I checked out a few other stores, but because of Kyle I can back to Relax the Back.
All around excellent
Very nice and helpful
Both male employees I worked with were terrific. My own disappointment is my chair. It's not as comfortable as the one in the store. Obviously, I didn't sit in the chair for very long. Also, the chair in the store was not PU "leather" which is likely stiffer than the other fabric in the store. Or, the Foam isn't the same. Not sure.
