Service was great. However, I was a little disappointed in the product. I ordered a replacement headrest for my top end leather lounge chair from your store. . It came in a much smaller size than the original that was worn out and cracked. It’s doable but not quite the same.
Mostly good. A little proactive communication on delivery status would have been helpful. Also, sales people should check Synchrony promotional credit offerings any time someone asked. We had to dig in and found the promotion was 24mo same as cash vs the sales person telling us it was 12mo because that's what it had been.....Big difference in our buying decision.

Kyle went above and beyond. He stayed til the very last minute of store hours, he found pictures and answers and took exact measurements and knew all kinds of tips and tidbits about each chair … beyond what we would have thought of to ask. He is just a wealth of information. Very mindful and demure!! LOL He was the perfect kind of salesman.
