Delivery was great. Delivery people were fantastic. They set everything up and made sure it was working and showed us how to operate our furniture that we bought. Very polite ,considerate and careful in our new home.*****

The sales associate was professional. Prior to my coming in. I called the store to inquire about hours and side-sleeping pillows. The associate had several pillows available for me to try out when I arrived. He was knowledgeable about every pillow, pros and cons for my needs and what would be my best fit. He was polite, interested, engaging, and was able to speak to different items that were in the store that may be a benefit to me. Because of this associate, I will be returning to your store to purchase other items.

Everything was excellent except the delay in delivering my Copeland office furniture. Despite that, the furniture, when I finally got it a few weeks ago, I wonderful. Great product. We are also very happy with the massage chair.
