I needed a new executive desk chair for my office. As I have chronic neck and back pain, my wife and I immediately thought of Relax The Back in Scottsdale, AZ when I was unable to find a suitable chair locally in Flagstaff. We had previously purchased other products from the store and were always satisfied with the quality and durabilty of their products. Very Good, getting used to all the adjustment
We were tremendously pleased with the service, expertise, customer service and delivery! Super experience!
We went to the Scottsdale store. Melisa, our salesperson, was very thoughtful of our needs, answered our questions and knew the products well. We chose the Casper Snow mattress and the adjustable base….super choice for comfort, especially the lumbar support and subtle massage! Customer service and product delivery personnel are excellent.
The actual purchase was seamless. I don’t know if it was our salesperson or what but we did not receive our promised phone calls about warranty or delivery. Delivery of our loungers came 3 weeks late after a lot of phone calls from us to Relax the Back. We ended up cancelling our mattresses because they couldn’t deliver until it was time for us to go back north. It wouldn’t have given us any time to try out a very expensive product. I called your store three different times to find a specific item. You did not have it and three times someone told me they would look into it and NO ONE called me back. Finally I called twice and asked to speak to a manager. The manager NEVER called me back. The worst customer service I have ever had in any store. Seriously I don’t know how you stay in buisness. I will never recommend you to anyone

You were not happy with an advertised item being oversold and the immediate knowledge of when the item will be back in stock. When you finally made your purchase, you made no mention of any of this and the in-store experience was pleasant, according to our staff. Perfect Came when they said they would , moved beds around and disposed of a mattress. No extra charge! Wonderful!
My experience with Relax the Back was excellent! Ordering was easy, was told that it would be delivered in about two weeks and exactly two weeks later I get a call about the delivery. Since we were going to be out of town they called back when I said we would be back and they delivered the next day! The delivery team was excellent, moving beds around and hauling away the old mattress , all with no extra charge! I love the bed and the service!
Setup was very professional and done so quickly.
