Perfect Came when they said they would , moved beds around and disposed of a mattress. No extra charge! Wonderful!
My experience with Relax the Back was excellent! Ordering was easy, was told that it would be delivered in about two weeks and exactly two weeks later I get a call about the delivery. Since we were going to be out of town they called back when I said we would be back and they delivered the next day! The delivery team was excellent, moving beds around and hauling away the old mattress , all with no extra charge! I love the bed and the service!
Setup was very professional and done so quickly.
Exceptional
The remote on my three-year-old recliner went out. I assumed I needed a new one so I called to order one it took weeks and weeks of back-and-forth before it finally arrived. I needed help in lifting the recliner to install the new one and discovered that the power cord was unplugged so the remote was not dead. No problems. Somewhat disappointed in the heat provided by the heating unit in the chairs
Bryan, who I believe is the store Manager at Scottsdale, was helping me in placing an order. When I had some questions that needed answering, I called him for some support and he said he was busy with other customers and would call me back! Not only did he not call me back but he apparently did not direct his associate Steve, to get back to me either. I got the impression that my business was not appreciated. Too bad because I was impressed with their product but not the service! Steven
I paid $4700 and you haven’t even given me a delivery date. In my book that is the shits!
Purchased 3 zero gravity chairs … only issue is we have not recd them yet but paid for them in full 2 weeks ago
