Bryan, who I believe is the store Manager at Scottsdale, was helping me in placing an order. When I had some questions that needed answering, I called him for some support and he said he was busy with other customers and would call me back! Not only did he not call me back but he apparently did not direct his associate Steve, to get back to me either. I got the impression that my business was not appreciated. Too bad because I was impressed with their product but not the service! Steven
I paid $4700 and you haven’t even given me a delivery date. In my book that is the shits!
Purchased 3 zero gravity chairs … only issue is we have not recd them yet but paid for them in full 2 weeks ago

Not what expected when seeding in normal position your body slide ford almost foling down of chair bad decision on my part when testing it on store never tested normal posishon I am a person that never took anything I bought back to store I just try to leave white it Would never bought if I tested in normal position
When I purchased my chair, I was told 2-3 week delivery time. The delivery time was 6 weeks. Also, there was little to no follow up without many phone calls. Follow through very poor
