Both male employees I worked with were terrific. My own disappointment is my chair. It's not as comfortable as the one in the store. Obviously, I didn't sit in the chair for very long. Also, the chair in the store was not PU "leather" which is likely stiffer than the other fabric in the store. Or, the Foam isn't the same. Not sure.

In-store experience was useful. I was the sole customer so had great service. Delivery was easy but required a call to Relax the Back to ascertain when it was going to occur. Explanation of online bed info was the least helpful part of the entire process.
Kyle provided excellent demonstration of chairs. Delivery and Set up very we'll done.
First class experience from start to finish! Scottsdale showroom is well laid out and easy to navigate. Tony greeted us and gave us a thorough education on the various options of recliners right for our needs. Refreshing to work with such a professional, knowledgable resource!
