In-store experience was useful. I was the sole customer so had great service. Delivery was easy but required a call to Relax the Back to ascertain when it was going to occur. Explanation of online bed info was the least helpful part of the entire process.
Kyle provided excellent demonstration of chairs. Delivery and Set up very we'll done.
First class experience from start to finish! Scottsdale showroom is well laid out and easy to navigate. Tony greeted us and gave us a thorough education on the various options of recliners right for our needs. Refreshing to work with such a professional, knowledgable resource! Service was great. However, I was a little disappointed in the product. I ordered a replacement headrest for my top end leather lounge chair from your store. . It came in a much smaller size than the original that was worn out and cracked. It’s doable but not quite the same.
Mostly good. A little proactive communication on delivery status would have been helpful. Also, sales people should check Synchrony promotional credit offerings any time someone asked. We had to dig in and found the promotion was 24mo same as cash vs the sales person telling us it was 12mo because that's what it had been.....Big difference in our buying decision.
