0 Star : My Experience Repairs were good but the customer service could improve big time. 75% of the time no one was there to answer phone calls and when my vehicle was not completed on time, no one bothered to notify me in any way or form. I had to always have my insurance call to check on the status of my vehicle after the time I was notify that it would be ready and it would of be nice to be notified about the delays I wouldn't of had to continuously call my insurance claim representative or drive to the shop itself to fi... read more

0 Star : My Experience What happened to my truck clearly they broke it even more, like they didn't tell me about that. They just said they ordered wrong part I should of gotten new truck this truck is basically brand new.
