I knew repairs might take awhile however vehicle has numerous issues that took several days to repair. There was lack of empathy from manager pat who defended the quality of work that was provided and didn't seem to understand why we were upset. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The current manager that took care of me was awesome. But my experience with Reliable Chevrolet as a whole was pretty terrible. None of the departments seem to communicate with one another, I get a lot of back and forth when it comes to trying to get my vehicle serviced and repaired at the same time.
