Took over 2 hours for just a scheduled oil change. They never told me my car was finished.

Arrived at dealership after 1.5 hr drive. Two hours later inquired on status of two recall repairs, for the brake system and front door trim. Informed car had been ready but no recall work was performed as parts ordered for the recall had been given to someone else. Instead the oil was changed and the tires rotated. The lack of parts could have been communicated to us during our phone conversation that morning. We drove a total of 190 miles and spent five hours overall for service not technically due. Told them we were heading on a road trip so please give it a good once over. Less than a month later battery dead totally corroded. This is the second time this has happened since we purchased this car new in 2017.

1/18/22 Low oil warning light on when I started my car this morning. Over 1 quart low. Did they even check the oil level? I hope there is no permanent damage. They won`t check it out till 1/24/22.

went in for a recall problem involving the fuel pump. This had been set up about 3 months prior. Was informed that the fuel tank had to be 1/2 or lower & that someone at reliable should have informed me when making the appointment. This was a surprise to me. 6 hour round trip wasted. Since i have been having battery charging problems I had asked them tolet me know what the bat charge was. They offered no documentation--it was within normal range

The service was grossly overpriced. I strongly recommend that any service patron go over the work to be done and the exact pricing in depth.
