Confusion is all I can say. Phoned service in, actual service wasn't what was phoned. We were going to be charged for over $600, actual agreed upon service, a little over $200. Don't buy a car where they won't service it!

Tires were not rotated. I had a tire that was losing air regularly and they did not find a problem with it and did not adjust air pressure in any of the tires. The tire shop I took it to the next week found a big screw in the tire and fixed it. I had to go back to Subaru for the rotation. They did do a complimentary wash and topped off the gas

I got my car back and there was no oil in it. I can't prove they forgot to put oil in after the oil change, but since I put oil in it I have had no problems or issues.

Did not have the parts to perform recall. Requires a second two hour round trip to dealership.

Got a quote for both air filters and a rear wiper in the morning, when I went to pick them up that afternoon the total was over 50 percent higher than I was quoted. Also, they reported they replaced my tires during this service, which is not true.

Salesman contacted me promptly and made an appointment. On the date & time of the appointment the salesman was unavailable due to overbooking his day. The car had been previously sold. Since I was driving in from over two hours away I was really annoyed that they hadnt contacted me to let me know the car was unavailable.

Service department appeared to be a bit unorganized. They did get tyhe oil changed OK but forgot to reset the Service Needed Indicator. Staff appeared to be "just hanging around" and goofing off. I had a coupon for the oil change that did not get applied to the bill so took time to fix that. Probably would not go there again for service unless it was warranty work on the car where I had to go to the dealer.

We had an appointment & it still took 3 hours to complete our service. Had a code up in our vehicle & they could not tell us what it was without charging us $100. Never had such poor service & other customers were frustrated with long service times as well.

2 1/2hours to do an oil change that is unprofessional. That is the fastest it has been accomplished in the last 4 services. My girlfriend buys a new car every 3-4 years. She is totally disgusted with the service at Reliable. She is going back to honda to trade in her 2018 Mazda. I need a 120,000 service but I don't want to use my vacation time. We'll both be going to honda. To bad we both love Mazda. We just do not have time for Reliable!!!
