Service rep took out my passenger department air filter trying to sell me one (I later installed one I bought myself) and I told him I didnt want to buy it. He failed to properly return the air filter and when I opened my glove compartment the whole thing dumped the contents of my glove compartment onto the passenger floor in a jumbled mess. I had the service rep come out and properly reinstall the glove compartment. I doubt he reported this to anyone.

I bought my 2014 Outback on 1/21/22 from Reliable Imports. The problem wasnt with the service it was fine. The problem is with the $2500 extended warranty. I didnt cover any of the work performed. On top of that I was informed that my car now needs new tries. When I inform the service manager that I purchased the car from this dealership less than 3000 miles ago. He quickly changed the subject away from the tire. Hum I sorry, but this dealership lost my trust by selling me an extended warranty that doesnt cover much of anyth... read more

Horrible they didnt replace enough oil light came on after I left . Couldve damaged engine. I needed a new tire didnt have in stock. Took my car for 45 minute test drive totally unnecessary. Short staff was there 6 hours for a 20 minute oil change. Definitely horrible service

Unacceptable. Tail lights burning out black every 3 months. Tested wiring harness and said no problem. These bulbs are burning out . They are getting surges of some kind. Already replaced the headlights that were doing the same thing . There is an electrical problem somewhere.

I am sorry, but this is the first time I have been totally dissatisfied with my service. I had most of the items completed, but no tire service as I requested. I thought the service department had fixed an issue I talked about, but it was not taken care of at the said 3/4 appt. I took car back to have issue resolved early the next week. I paid for it. Not completed still. Also, noted a headlight was out then. I am pretty sure it was out at first appt., but unreported at inspection appt.

When I walked in at 9am I was told it would take at most 2 1/2 hours, I walked out at 12:45. I originally signed up for an oil change, tire rotation, and a zack tech application that all were previously paid for and walked out $600 later as they also did a couple of things that I could have paid max of $50 at Walmart for. Not the best way to spend my only day off that entire week

Not good service asked about my back up camera said theyd look at it didnt even touch it and told me it was going to be over a thousand dollars this is the second bad experience Ive had here .
