I drive 93 miles to get service in my vehicle. I had an appointment set for 0830. I checked the vehicle in at 0815. At 0945 I noticed my vehicle sitting outside. I ask about it if it was ready and was told it waiting to be serviced. I went and spoke with the service manager in reference to how much time I had been waiting. He said he would get in immediately. At 1040 I got the vehicle. Why give appointment times if the service is going to be this slow. This is my 2nd issue with the department.

We had our 2017 Mazda CX-5 in for a third time to fix a ghost screen on apple play. Paid $400 and still does not work. Deserre has been very helpful but she needs assistance from above to help with this in my opinion. Im not happy about paying for an incomplete service and would like a refund until it is resolved. We are bringing the car back in next month for another attempt so we hope that resolves it. But we should not have been allowed to pay AND leave the lot with the problem unresolved.

3 time I have taken my 2022 Outback in for electronic issues. STILL HAVE NOT FIXED MY ISSUES!!! Wish I had my 2019 Outback $$

Very poor shop.. have not rotated my tires last 2 times when was in for service, said they didn't need it???

We were from out of town and had a horrible experience dealing with their service dept. I am done with Hyundai!!!

I had a new battery put in about 2 weeks ago. It was incorrectly installed and my car isn't starting properly

Do not trust them, they recommend service that you don't need but manage to convenince you that it's needed. Spent over $70 that I could of used for other more important things.

A alignment that was told would take one hour to complete took over two and one half hours. I had an appointment and arrived early. Check in was slow and the whole procedure was unacceptable. Tires were not replaced only a four wheel alignment was completed.

My salesman Armando was Great!! However the WHOLE office experience was too long. I was in the office for 3 hours. My credit score is in the 800s so credit was not the problem..if I'd had been in the fence on buying I would have left.
