My wife was treated like a no good for nothing blonde. We waited for part that were supposed to be ordered way back in March. I finally found & purchased the parts myself. When my wife brought the car in the guy acted very confused asking my wife why she was there. We were charged way more than should have been. To connect T.P.M.S. Did not tighten oil drain plug causing oil to leak. Went to another shop to get it fixed. Did not rotate tires as requested. Repeat issues on prior service. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Wasnt pleased that it took 4 weeks to get appointment to see what was wrong , then 3 more weeks after compressor was received to get appointment to have it replaced !

I had items stolen from my vehicle during the last time it was there and I have attempted as of today several times to make contact and I am not getting return calls from them. Extremely disappointed as of today's date.

I checked the oil level on our 2012 mazda 6 after having it serviced. Was surprised to see that the oil level did not touch the dip stick. So I parked it in our garage to make sure it was on level ground and let it sit for several hours. Oil still didnt touch the dip stick. Disappointing. I bought a quart and it took the whole quart to reach the top of the full line. Disappointing.

Horrible communication, and when they told me that the car was unreliable but will run. It died on the road and they shifted it to saying that they said the car was just unreliable .

Never fixed the problem. Didnt order all the parts to complete the repair.

Dropped our car off the night before our scheduled appointment. Our appointment was for 11:30 and when we called after noon we were told it hadnt been looked at yet. At 2:00 pm we were called & told there was no update. At 2:45 pm we were called to be told that the (1 yr old) vehicle had a laundry list of problems including needing all new tires, an alignment, etc. They wanted to charge us $80 to dust the dirt off our battery. The service department is a scam.

Oil was spilled on my engine and was smoking as if it was on fire. After 2 weeks the burnt oil smell is still quite strong.
